This is what you need to get an approved plan. Working drawings, Energy efficiency calculations, a signed SACAP & SANS 10400 form, plan application form from your local council, a SG diagram, zoning information, water and sewer map, a copy of your tittle deed. Additional info you may need, Engineers consent form Application for relaxation or increase of coverage.
